My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very nice and in a good location. Everything was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast from a nearby cafe was a delightful surprise with a wide choice of options. However, I did notice some artwork that may not be to everyone's taste, and a few cleanliness issues like dirty blinds and bowed flooring in the bathroom.
Rooms
9.0
The rooms were very modern, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, with lovely cushions, and there were plenty of them. I appreciated the safety features, free Wi-Fi, fridge, and great shower.
Service

The staff, especially the blonde receptionist who checked us in, were all really helpful and friendly. Their service made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

The location was very central, within walking distance of the pier, the lanes, and many attractions. Despite being in a busy area, it offered a great spot for exploring the city.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast options in the cafe around the corner were excellent, providing a wide choice of healthy and non-healthy options. However, there could have been better communication if food was left waiting.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, including a pool. Just a few minor improvements could enhance the overall experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right by shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms, although a bit on the smaller side, were very modern and clean. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours a day. The dining experience could use some improvement, but overall, I had a wonderful time here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a variety of restaurants. While the rooms are new, spacious, and well-equipped, some areas have stains and a corridor smell. The late-night noise from guests entering is a drawback.

The staff, mostly owners and guests, are incredibly friendly and helpful at all hours. However, the breakfast staff at the cafe seemed unapproachable and lacked good hygiene procedures.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops and eateries, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. While the dining options were limited, the hotel offers good value for money.
Rooms

My room was basic but fine, equipped with a desk and TV. Although facing a rooftop at the same level, I didn't encounter any crawling insects, just a few mosquitoes and flies.

The staff, led by the exceptional manager Simon, surpassed my expectations with their helpfulness and customer service. The reception and breakfast service were excellent.
